I Am Eternal

I am not my body,
I am not my experiences,
I am not what happened to me,
I am eternal.

The wounding that I have endured
Hurt my body,
My mind,
And my spirit, but there is something deeper 
And more fundamental that it could not touch.
There is a facet of my being that nothing can ever disturb.
This is the essence of who I am.

The essence of my being is infinitely powerful,
The essence of my being is indestructible,
It is untouchable,
And eternal.
The essence of my being can never be harmed
Or destroyed. 

The essence of my being is eternal.
