The Sapling

I am a little sapling,
Born anew.
This is my
Rebirth.

The older trees surround me,
They Protect me,
hold me,
offering their support
and ancient wisdom.

I feel cared for under their watchful gaze.
We communicate without words.
They instinctively know
What I need in each moment.

In this space,
This sacred forest space,
All is known.
We are one being,
One pulse of life.

I do as they say...
And I drop my little roots down,
Down deep into the womb
Of my mother,
The Earth.

My mother feeds me,
She Nourishes me.
She provides all that I need.
I drink from her well
Until I am satiated.

Grandmother moon watches over me,
Father sky blankets me,
Keeping me warm.
My star kindred illuminate the forest
With their soft light.

There is
Safety
Connection
Belonging
And Nourishment
Here in my forest home.

I have all that I need.
I am a part of everything.

There is only
One breath,
A breath
That is breathed by all of us
We breathe In unison.
We breathe as One being,
one life.
We are one.

Here in the forest,
I have everything I need.

I am a little sapling.
This is my Rebirth.
